Please Note: These tutorials are for anyone interested in using basic tools to edit photos, make a website / blog design, create a logo and more with Blogger, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I don't claim to be an expert in any way, just sharing my own tips. There are a lot of professional tutorials out there..but if you're just looking for some simple techniques, hopefully these will help  :)

Need design software?

Adobe Photoshop (Click here): "Adobe Photoshop CS6 delivers magic that helps you bring your creative vision to life. Edit raw image files and other photos with state-of-the-art photo editing. Create compelling HDR images, black-and-whites, and panoramas."

Adobe Illustrator (Click here)Adobe Illustrator CS6 software is the industry’s premier vector-drawing environment for creating graphics that scale across media. Capture your vision with shapes, color, effects, and typography. Experiment freely with perspective, image tracing, gradients, brushes, and strokes

If you don't have access to the more expensive Adobe software, there are free openware platforms that are similar to the set up of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and design your own logos etcwith:

For a program like Adobe Illustrator
an openware graphics editor, inkskape
is available for free.

For a program like Adobe Photoshop,
an open source photo editor, gimp
is available for free also.
(Google even used gimp to create their iconic logo!)

If you already know Photoshop, it might
be easier for you to use GIMPshop, a
modified version of GIMP.
